Define the outcome
Tell us what you need, who will use it, your budget and your deadline.
Agree the scope
We confirm features, integrations, accessibility and security requirements, delivery responsibilities and review rounds before quoting.
Review your project quote
Your written quote defines deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria and payment milestones.

Clear ongoing costs: recurring support, maintenance, hosting, API usage and software licences are identified separately. They are included only where the quote says so.

Changes are agreed first. Additional features or integrations receive a written change quote before work begins.

ACCESS + DIGITAL TRUST

Digital Trust.
Built into the Plan.

Security and accessibility requirements belong in the project brief—from access permissions to the evidence you receive at handoff.

Permission Comes First.

Agree the systems, test accounts and activities before work begins. Accessibility testing stays within the authorized scope.

Keep Sensitive Data Out.

Use representative test content where possible. Agree how screenshots, documents and findings will be handled before sharing them.

Evidence Your Team Controls.

Deliver practical findings through an agreed channel. Your IT team retains control of production access and deployment.

Cybersecurity scope is explicit: accessibility audits do not include penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, incident response or security certification. Any separate security work requires a defined scope and verified delivery capability.

01 / Why Cobaltstrand Technologies

Ambition Meets
a Clear Plan.

A great idea needs a practical path forward. We start with the people using your product, the problem it should solve and the systems it needs to connect. Scope, responsibilities and acceptance checks are agreed before work begins.

People First.
Decisions shaped around actual users.

Practical Evidence.
Agreed checks and useful handoff information.

Clear Scope.
Deliverables and fees agreed in writing.

02 / What we do

Accessibility Services.
Scoped to Your Project.

Every engagement is quoted individually after the scope is agreed. Your quote separates project work from any ongoing service.

01

Website Audits

Keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reflow and other agreed checks. Receive findings mapped to WCAG 2.1 AA, with priorities and practical fix guidance. Pages, templates and user journeys are agreed in your quote.

02

Accessible Documents

PDF and Word remediation for reports, agendas, policies and forms. Structure, reading order and document complexity shape the scope.

03

Ongoing Monitoring

Keep an eye on agreed pages as content changes. Scans and human-reviewed reporting help your team identify and prioritize new barriers.

04

Team Training

04 / How we work

A Clear Path.
From Idea to Launch.

  1. 01

    Define the Outcome.

Clarify the users, must-have features, integrations and success criteria. Agree a written scope and who is responsible for delivery.

  2. 02

    Shape the First Release.

Explore the key screens and workflows, then prioritize a practical first release. Review decisions with the people who will use it.

  3. 03

    Review and Hand Over.

Check the agreed requirements, document the handoff and confirm support arrangements. Your proposal defines the checks and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS FIRST / EVIDENCE AT HANDOFF

Your Standards.
Part of the Blueprint.

Bring your accessibility, security, privacy and industry requirements. We assess the fit, agree the scope and identify any specialist validation needed before committing to delivery.

Define the Target

Identify the applicable standard, version, conformance level, jurisdiction and systems in scope. Requirements become documented acceptance criteria.

Build and Verify

Map agreed requirements to design decisions, implementation checks and test evidence. Accessibility targets can include WCAG 2.2 AA, subject to the agreed scope and assessment.

Evidence You Can Use

Compliance depends on the complete product, its operation and applicable obligations. Organization-level certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 require a separate process; this website does not claim certification or universal compliance.

The proposal names the requirements we can support, the evidence you receive, any exclusions and any independent review needed.

05 / The company

Based in Winnipeg.
Working Worldwide.

Cobaltstrand Technologies brings Métis roots and a family history of building technology to new ideas. Our technology lineage includes Proximity Mobile and EventRide, whose historical work included the Miami Marlins. These are separate ventures, not Cobaltstrand client projects or accessibility references. That product history informs our approach today: useful experiences, thoughtful engineering and ambitious ideas made practical.

Based in Winnipeg and working worldwide, we welcome projects spanning custom websites, apps, portals, automation and AI. Accessibility and security requirements are defined from the start, with scope and delivery responsibilities agreed for every project.

Before we start

Clear Answers.
Clear Expectations.

What can we build together?

Explore websites, customer portals, internal tools, automation and AI assistants. We start with your users and desired outcome, then confirm the features, integrations and delivery responsibilities in a written scope.

How do AI projects work?

We define the information an assistant may use, its permissions, expected answers and when it should hand off to a person. Model usage, hosting and ongoing support are scoped separately. The assistant on this website currently uses approved reference answers; live AI is not connected.

Can you support an agency bid?

Yes. We can help scope accessibility deliverables as a named subcontractor or through a white-label arrangement. Build delivery and the wider project remain with the prime.

How do we get a quote?

Email Us with the site URL, important pages or documents, your deadline and the outcome you need. The fee and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts.
